The current use of terms such as "Coaching," "Training," and "Disciplinary Actions" on the portal are not appropriate for both company drivers and independent contractors. To ensure clarity and maintain a neutral tone, I suggest the following alternatives: • Feedback instead of "Coachings" • Feedback Videos instead of "Coaching Videos" • Skill-Building Session instead of "Training" • Remedial Measures instead of "Disciplinary Actions" I think we can use the above terms for both company drivers and ICs to simplify the change. Add ability to specify additional recipients to be copied on all automated coaching emails.

Improve driver page layout to make things easier to find without as many clicks required.

Reorganize layouts to move VEDR videos to be easier to access without as many required clicks.

Ability to see all telematic events, coachings, trainings, etc in a timeline view for a driver record.

Using scores to inform driver incentives.

Add Samsara to list of realtime integrations.

Map all trucks in realtime with key safety information easily viewable.

Explore possibility of integration with EBO Pro.

Ability to track all aspects of vehicle maintenance including customizable vehicle profiles, receipt/invoice tracking, robust reporting.
